Communication
When communicating with Challenged Hearts Healing Center, LLC, we recommend that you communicate all sensitive health information in session with your provider. Therapy is never conducted via text and/or email meaning that best practice is to share any personal health information that may influence your ongoing care with your provider directly. The website is secured, however it is not developed with the intention of storing, transmitting, and/or exchanging confidential health information. Communicating via email, online contact forms, and text messages may not be entirely secure, we recommend that you consider limiting your communications to messages which do not include your personal health information to maintain the most secure communications possible. Not an emergency or crisis resource

I also engage in regular, active consultation with trusted colleagues who are certified to provide professional consultation in therapy modalities I practice to support the quality and depth of the care I offer. These consultative conversations are a standard part of ethical trauma-informed practice. I do not disclose identifying details during these discussions, and those I consult with are held to the same professional standards of confidentiality beyond the secure, private consultation space of fellow practitioners.
